Steele Mansion
Painesville, Ohio

The Steele Mansion was built in 1867 by George Worthington Steele, a wealthy local businessman. In 2001 the house was severly damaged in a fire and left in disrepair until 2010 when new owners began rebuilding with the intention of open an Inn and Event Center. 

Tec completed mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering for this renovation. The building was modernized with the installation of a energy efficient HVAC System. A kitchen hood exhaust system was installed in the renovated kitchen. Electrical upgrades include new service to the building, new wiring and outlets, as well as modernized electrical panels. Power was coordinated for the new elevator. Plumbing upgrades include connections for new hydrotherapy tubs in each guestroom.
